Shipping

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii, or outside the U.S.?

No, we currently have suspended shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We will notify consumers when and if this changes in the future. All orders attempted to such locales will be cancelled manually by our CSR team. Please contact our Customer Care department for order inquiries.

How do I go about canceling my order?

Can the material be painted?

We do not recommend painting this material as this will void the warranty.

Do you recommend covering your Bahia Verde furniture?

Bahia Verde material and the use of stainless hardware allows our products to be left outside all year long through sunshine, rain, snow, and ice.

Is the color the same throughout the material?

Yes, the color that you see on the surface along with the UV inhibitors and stabilizers run continuously throughout the material and help to protect our lumber from harmful environmental degradation.

Where can I view Bahia Verde furniture in person?

Bahia Verde offers complimentary sample swatches for you to touch and feel our product. Although we don't have a dealer in your area, you can reach out to our Customer Care department regarding any questions on our furniture.

Is assembly required?

Bahia Verde furniture requires minimal assembly. Most furniture items can be assembled in approximately 30 minutes. You can view our assembly guides here!

What forms of payment are accepted?

What is Shop Pay?
